Planning dysfunctional goals Facilitates Failure
The old adage: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail" may be more true in business today than at any other time. I was really amazed at how many customers who tell me that I have never had any kind of business plan, marketing plan, financial plan, strategic plan or any type of project, until I met and started working with me in a coaching relationship. And all the various forms of shared problems, frustrations, problems, etc. with their activities. Well, honestly, in the absence of planning and scheduling in the presence of dysfunctional, the diagnosis is straightforward about the reasons of the struggle.
So, let me share why I say that the planning objectives will facilitate dysfunctional failure. And to make it easier for the reader, I decided to do so by the definition of ten (10) things you can do to facilitate failure. Here are (10) actions to facilitate failure in your business.
+ They decide to do any planning whatsoever!
+ Develop a list of reasons why it is impossible for you to plan and achieve any goal.
+ Deciding to put off any planning until you have time to plan.
+ Develop goals that are so vague they are meaningless.
+ They change constantly so that your goals can not be easily displayed.
+ Always speak negatively about your goals and tell everyone that you can not reach.
+ Totally ignore any deadlines for achieving your goals.
+ Define the objectives that we know to be absolutely impossible for you to reach.
+ Avoid any liability for any targets set.
+ Talk about your goals, but never taking any action towards achieving your goals.
