9 ways to submit to Yahoo!

As search engines increasingly expansive and continue to offer more options for searching for specific sets of information (products, business, entertainment, etc.) This also means that there are more ways to get your website included in the results of the engines Research. Yahoo! lists nine ways to submit your websites and content to be included in their index.

The easiest way to present it through their Yahoo! page free presentation. While this is extremely easy and fast, there is little evidence that this actually provides a rapid inclusion in Yahoo. In the event that your site is compatible with mobile browsers, there is also a special page to send your website to Yahoo! Mobile. Yahoo! also offers a resource to send multimedia content (audio, video, etc.) even if this requires a specially formatted RSS feed.

In addition to the free submission options, you can choose to bribe Yahoo! essentially giving preferential treatment to your website for a mere $ 50. This will get guaranteed inclusion within 48 hours and more frequent revisit rate. For those who have a bigger marketing budget and want more control over their site ranking results pages, they can opt for the inclusion sponsored. This is basically a parallel to the Google AdWords program in that each allows you to control your position based on the higher bid for specific keywords.

Finally, there is also the Yahoo! directory. A time to be included in the Yahoo! Directory was designed to give huge boost in site ranking in all search engines. Lately there has been much speculation that this has been heavily devalued in other search engines like Google and MSN. The application form requires an annual fee € 300 application does not guarantee acceptance. And if your site is denied, there is no refund. If this were not enough to discourage website owners to submit, Yahoo! also reserves the right to put you in any category they see fit and change your title tags and description too.

For most sites, free media and good practices of search engine optimization should be sufficient. But for those who have the budget and wants the fast track there are some other options available, although their effectiveness has been questioned....
