Password management and keeping details Secure Login Part III
You should not use the same username too often. Perhaps you have a favorite name for use with a number of behind. This is easy to decipher: just get your name and then add the following numbers until it works. In fact, there are a lot of software available that will help people to do it. It does not take time to find the user names, especially if you can access the computer's cache. The same goes for your frequently used passwords, so you must use a password that provides any clue, even for its theme. Do not use birthdays, names or pop band, which are common.
However, if you do not use weak passwords that can easily remember, you will need a means to remember, and an Excel file is not the safe way to do it. There is only one way to keep your login details and passwords as secure as many as possible, and is to have a login and password for each different need.
There are several password management software packages available online that you can use to store your data. Vai paid for the software, not freeware because you can never be the use of encryption level with free software. Those who pay are the safest, and while the various options work in different ways, all offer a similar service.
Your login details and passwords are encrypted and stored for each State in which it is used. When you click the login button, the software automatically records without showing in every detail except maybe the login name. This type of software allows you to edit and change the details, as required, and can provide a different login for each accession.
Password management systems are far preferable to the memory, pieces of paper or Excel file, for the preservation and security of data access. There are several on the internet, and there is not much to choose between them. Make it difficult for hackers! ......
