The Depression

The great friend of many who are accustomed to it and adapt to your sounds, your voice, your hot and sometimes cold. We as living beings we become habituated and adapt to environments and conditions that often create ourselves. Depression is a mood to believe, that structure is reflected internally and externally. It seems that sometimes the environments or places or experiences lead to depression, however, we realize that we ourselves believe that state called depression. The problem with this is the same as applies to many areas of our lives and our nervous system that records the experiences and does not identify if they are bad or not, only the records and we adapt to it and then act on what we call conditioning classic. It's like Pavlov's dogs with only hear the bells salivate even without food. In neurolinguistic is called anchoring. Studies have shown that depression may be related to a biochemical imbalance in the brain levels of serotonin and dopamine. However, I have other points of view of depression.

The depression from the existential point of view is a lack of cognitive or mental resources. A person falls into a state of depression when there is internal or cognitive resources to the problem, for example, a person who is fired from his job if he has no more resources in your mind think that your life is complicated and has no options. An internal resource person would think that the experience he gained in that job will help you get a better job and your resume will be more complete. At this point it is noteworthy that our body responds to what our thoughts say. I mean, our ideological motive system works this way, first thought is created in the mind then goes to our nervous system which will send the message to our emotions and these are translated into action. Therefore a person who has bad thoughts or cognitive choices is not your problem its ideological drive system will take you to shut. On the other hand, the person who finds cognitive resources and options, driving his ideological system it will take to trigger emotions and find solutions to their situation.

Finally, we humans structure our experiences, we have a syntax that is in every experience. There are people who are creating their depression with negative thoughts and feelings associated with bad experiences. If we knew from our experiences every day and all our internal process of creating them, we make it easier to avoid depression. Also, going by installing options in your mind will help us avoid depression. I am always struck by the great Maslow devoted to study the healthy and the sick. Modeling the excellence of others who have been successful is a great option as it gives us more resources. Remember that the resources are within you and if you think you do not, the can model and learn.
