3 Vital Principles You Need To Know To Burn Fat Faster
By Rob Poulos, Fat Loss Expert and Fitness, Creator of 'Fat Burning'
Currently most people realize that adding lean muscle mass your body does wonders for your metabolism and fat loss as well as other benefits that enable them to live their lives as healthy as possible.
Unfortunately, most people I train with weights or resistance in the gym, spend too much time to exercise and not made with sufficient intensity. They will not burn much fat this way.
The secret I discovered was that training to gain lean muscle and strength requires the proper application of three vital elements that are often ignored. These three elements are:
IntensidadVolumen and FrecuenciaProgresión
The intensity is how hard you exercise it, given your current physical condition. The volume and frequency refers to the amount and how often you perform the exercise. The progression is related to the increase in demand for training to another.
Most times the weight training is conducted for a long time and does many times a week. Unfortunately, treatment is given very similar to aerobic exercise to burn fat. However, there are many different exercises. Indeed, they are complete opposites.
Typically, aerobic exercise is characterized by moderate intensity, high volume and frequency and little progression. Anaerobic exercise, or weight training should be done with a high intensity, low volume and frequency and with a progression to be as effective as possible.
No amount of weight training performed with a low or moderate intensity development will provide significant muscle or strength after the first few weeks. From a higher point of view, the combination of an intensity sufficient to increase either the number of repetitions of a weight training exercise or the amount of weight used in each of the exercises is what will keep your body evolving until it is maximum fat burning machine!
You also have to pay attention to other details when designing an effective and efficient routine to maximize your workout and minimize the time you spend in the gym. Why? Because maybe the rest period that follows the training, it is much more important. You will not become stronger or more muscular if you do not rest.
You see, when you do strength training properly, you are creating tiny injuries to your muscles. So, you have to let the body repair itself and then you have to over-compensate and develop from the amount of muscle mass you already have. If you re-train before that process is complete, you will experience a muscle building or fat burning, mediocre or nil.
Therefore, be sure to rest properly between workouts, typically this involves a minimum of 1 to 3 days of rest between resistance training properly executed.
Now, after knowing that they have to add muscle to your body to ensure maximum fat burning environment, many people, especially women, start thinking, "But I do not want to make bigger, I want to lose weight! ". This is unfortunate, since it is very unlikely to happen, countless women are not enjoying these fat burning benefits because of this way of thinking.
You see, most men and most women lack the genetic characteristics necessary to produce the amount of muscle needed to make them look bulky or overly developed. These features include: testosterone levels, muscle fiber composition, muscle belly length and more.
Competitive bodybuilders you've seen on television and in magazines are the elite genetics of muscle development, and generally use large doses of anabolic steroids, growth hormone and other drugs for bodybuilding. Do not be fooled these images or those who scare you with this way of thinking. In addition, the thin muscle is more compact than fat, so it takes less space in your body, so you'll actually smaller when you replace excess fat from your body with lean muscle.
Please understand that you will more likely achieve your fat loss goals and have a better physical condition, when you do intense resistance training properly, no matter who you are.
However, make sure you understand and apply the three basic principles discussed above. Otherwise, you will be dissatisfied with the results you get, in your ability to burn fat as in obtaining the lean, strong and healthy you deserve.
