Open Letter To The Participants Of The World Summit On Financial Crisis
This global financial crisis has severely impacted the evolution of the economy and whose consequences affect millions of people. Ago, that we become aware that we should not be mere spectators of the debate that you carried out. We believe that this crisis beyond its negative effects, is an opportunity to rethink in depth, other aspects that affect the daily lives of most people on the planet. Such statements were not mentioned in the discussion items. The rapid growth of the global economy in a context of extreme competition, has generated positive aspects in regard to the generation of wealth. What is in discussions is, if the vast majority of those involved in the production cycle, are also creditors to its benefits. On the other hand, there is a contradiction in the achievements of modern medicine and its impact on the prolongation of life expectancy, with the decrease in productive life that determines the market demand for labor. As a result, there is a wealth of human infrastructure at a rate of productive capacity in place, which is excluded from the labor demand.
This social exclusion, not served, nor contemplated, makes millions of people are affected in their quality of life. The competitive market requires, increasingly, professional and skilled labor. Access to it is limited to those with sufficient intellectual capacity to learn and absorb economic costs. The required level exceeds the average standard of the population, leaving no opportunity for vast sectors of society. Summarizing our wont, the answers should find should obey the following questions: 1) How to transform the global financial structure in a system designed to meet the needs of all financing of productive activities, verifiable social returns?. The same should be supported on a solid structure that provides safety, reliability and system stability. 2) As the needs and economic psychology of those who are hopelessly excluded from the production cycle of the system?. 3) As extend opportunities to a greater number of inhabitants, making it fair and equitable sharing of benefits and wealth generated. 4) How to make intelligent use of the planet's natural resources without affecting the ecological requirements of it?.
Thus contributing to an extension of the benefits of non-renewable resources, an increase of renewable resources. Addressing the needs of population growth. Today you have the responsibility and great opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a socioeconomic system that, in a context of freedom and social justice, contributing sole purpose: to serve the needs of human beings without exclusions of any kind . The importance of the topics likely to exceed the government's human resources. Accordingly, should be called the intelligence of the planet. We consider it essential to establish a functional infrastructure of global debate, examine in depth the issues raised and propose mechanisms and implementation structures and control measures. Regulatory standards should be mandatory for countries wishing to adopt this comprehensive model. By Marcelo Keselman http://comentonoticias.blogspot.com
