Gillette Fusion "Sail? In The Volvo Ocean Race 2008 from Alicante
Gillette Fusion "browsing" in the Volvo Ocean Race 2008 from Alicante in the Valencia Region is hosting this year the start of the Volvo Ocean Race Sailing Around the World.
The sailing competition will start from Alicante on October 11, 2008.
2008-2009 The tenth edition of this race around the world scale, in which only the best surfers dare to live in extreme conditions, some for the first time from the Mediterranean.
Alicante will host the most important stage of the race.
Gillette has used this stage to bring its new Gillette Fusion to consumers.
Fusion is the first product to market with American brand since it was bought by Procter & Gamble. This is a range that includes two razors, one normal and one engine, and gels and after shave lotion.
Inside the Volvo Race Village Events Antena 3 has implemented a fully functional stand washes where gentlemen can test the new site and take Gillette Fusion Power shaving a full kit Gillette Fusion.
Antena 3 Events has hired human resources all Field Marketing Aplus image composed of hostesses that run throughout the Village using Segways to inform and invite gentlemen to try and see how accurate and efficient shaving with Fusion.
The Village offers over 40 free and daily activities for all ages in which nearly 500 professionals attend the public services and attractions.
The Village, which is the largest ever built in the history of the Volvo Ocean Race, will remain open until October 11, the day of departure of the first stage of the competition.
Open daily at 10:00 am and closes at 24:00 hours, except weekends, which closes its activities at 02:00 am.
About 200,000 people have passed through the Village of Port of Alicante in the first ten days of opening, despite the rains in recent days.
This figure breaks all expectations and have not even begun official races 4 and October 11 or Pro-Am exhibition on 5 October, when it is expected that the greatest number of people.
The market moves in Spain shave 265 million euros. Eight million men and shave with Gillette and they will run the new product brand.
